Welcome to the Treehouse Distribution website (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Treehouse Distribution Pty Ltd (“Treehouse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you (“you”, “your”, “the Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

This Site is intended solely for use by licensed and approved pharmacies and specialty clinics, health care providers and those curious to learn more about medicinal cannabis.
Access to the e-commerce portal is restricted to users who have successfully completed our internal vetting and onboarding process, including validation of applicable professional registrations and licences.
We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access to the e-commerce portal at our sole discretion at any time.
To place orders, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Orders are placed through the Site and are subject to acceptance by Treehouse.
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or amend any order prior to shipment.
All orders are subject to stock availability. We may partially fulfil orders at our discretion.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due as per the agreed trading terms. Default trading terms are 21 days the following month from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment for orders placed through the portal will need to be completed via the Invoice generated by Xero, this is a separate payment gateway.
Late payments may incur interest or penalties as permitted by law.
All payment card transactions are processed securely in compliance with the
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Treehouse Distribution does not store customer card details on its systems; payment information is encrypted and processed via our approved payment gateway.
All applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or clearly stated on your invoice prior to payment.
Processing Timeframes: Orders that have been accepted by Treehouse Distribution will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days), subject to stock availability and completion of all required regulatory approvals.
Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery times within Australia are typically 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Treehouse Distribution is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, regulatory clearance processes, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of Loss: Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout or on your order form.
Delivery Discrepancies: Any missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported to Treehouse Distribution within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Export Restrictions: Treehouse Distribution supplies products only within Australia. We do not export products internationally. All deliveries are subject to compliance with applicable Australian Commonwealth, State, and Territory laws and regulations.
Order Cancellations: Customers may request cancellation of an order prior to dispatch by contacting Treehouse Distribution in writing or by phone. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns: Returns are only accepted in cases where goods are delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.
Return Requests: All requests for return or credit must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
Condition of Returned Goods: Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds: Where a return is approved, or where a transaction is cancelled in accordance with these Terms, a refund or credit will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Exclusions: Except as required by law, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind once goods have been dispatched.
Compliance: All returns and cancellations are subject to applicable Commonwealth, State, and Territory laws.
You agree to comply with all applicable Commonwealth, State, and Territory laws, including but not limited to:
All products must be handled, stored, and dispensed in accordance with their approved use and relevant scheduling requirements (e.g., Schedule 8).
Products sold on this Site are for dispensing to patients via legal prescription only.
You must not resell or distribute Treehouse products to unauthorised third parties.
Use of our products outside their approved therapeutic context is strictly prohibited.
All content on the Site, including logos, branding, product images, and written content, remains the property of Treehouse or its licensors.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
Prohibited conduct includes interfering with site security, reverse-engineering features, or engaging in fraudulent or harmful activity.
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable steps to protect confidential customer data, but you acknowledge no system is 100% secure.
Any pricing, product specifications, or communications are considered confidential and commercially sensitive, and must not be shared outside your organisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treehouse is not liable for:
Loss or damage arising from misuse of products;
Delays in delivery;
Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, goodwill, or opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm Treehouse, our customers, or the reputation of our business.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
